Real fruit smoothie mmmmm! Ice cream was yummy too!!

This happened September of last year. They have a service add tips by himself. If you go to there please notice the check order details , do not pay the tips twice. My boyfriend just give them his card, he add tips again under the amount. So please please please count your amount. ( sorry I lost my pics)

A small, nice place to hang out with every option of food you can think of. They have teas, street food, snacks, hot pots, and ice cream. There are so many flavor and the prices are resonable. Place are usually crowded tho, if you go with a group of 10+, I don't think everyone will have space to move around. Their fresh fruit teas look amazing n exact like the pic. The most worth it place to try in Chinatown of Chicago

It's where all the anime go! The avocado ice cream is exquisite. Many flavoring options, the crew is mega lovely. Always a must go when in Chinatown

We get the hot pot here and it is delicious! They have good options. Lots of noodles, fish, meats, and vegetables. They just recently renovated and we haven't been back since they've opened, but if you are looking for hot pot you can't go wrong here.

The durian soft serve is a must try for durian fans!

this is 4th time back and they really nailed down the soft serve. The Matcha soft serve is on point. One of the only places in the city for matcha soft serve.

Fresh food. Must try ponzu + chilies dipping sauce!

The Shabu Shabu was fun and delicious. It's easy to customize and get the flavors you want. The grilled chicken on skewers from the appetizer menu is easily one of the best things I've ever eaten. We had to order a second batch. The original bubble waffle was light and fluffy and the drink selection is impressive and delicious... also very instagramable if that's your thing.

OK tea at a busy location, slow service and a weirdly shaped space with no place to wait.They also have hot pot here, which is an odd combination which forces some compromises. Servers are forced to squeeze around people to deliver hot pot food items and people waiting for tea have to do so in a space smelling like peppers.

Really fun experience!! Enjoyed doing the hotpot. Seeing pictures of some of the most beloved anime characters together was awesome. The bubble waffle was really good, but the marshmallows were hard. Also, the server wasn't very helpful given it was our first experience. The tea's are so BOMB! I would give another try.

The quantity of meat we got with our shabu shabu was more than adequate I’m leaving this place full. The staff was nice and the water was served without ice which I appreciate a lot. There are not many seats but it was worth it. The food also came out super quick (keep in mind I’m talking about the shabu shabu) I see people leaving worse reviews because of the line size? Lol no, I rate based on quality, and this place has plenty of it for the money.

Their white cap is the best I’ve ever had!! It is small and overcrowds easily. They opened an extension upstairs that is very nice for dinner. The hot pot was really good too. Upstairs was peaceful, clean, and a bit fancy

We went there for dessert and they had lovely ice cream called bubble waffle ice cream. It was amazing. We took strawberry one and that wasn’t too sweet and filled with strawberries kiwi and many more. Loved it. And also fruit tea was lovely too. Staff was good. Only problem is place is little bit small so you don’t have enough space to wait and select what you want to order. They have a long menu so you need some time to think. Overall loved it. We gonna go again for dinner also.

I love boba and I absolutely loved this place. My friends and I came to visit Chicago and it was one of the places that we've heard raving reviews for and it was worth the visit. I loved every drink that I got and they all tasted delicious and well made. They offer their boba in plastic bottles, that you can close and open your drink with, instead of plastic cups with a plastic film top.This was a good place for groups, dessert/drinks on the go, and a cool casual place to hang out.

The line for ice cream and bubble tea was almost out the door. Great place to get some durian soft serve ice cream and some other unique drinks not typically found elsewhere.

So, we were just finished eating,all of us decided to order some drinks to go, then we noticed on the bill that they charged us service fees for a take out order which means they added it themselves without asking us. I find this very ridiculous since we did not stay there, hence the worker did not have to do any kind of serving us besides making the drink. Extremely unreasonable for applying such things on our bill. Definitely not coming back. I don't mind spending couple of dollars, just don't treat us like we're fools.

We came for the waffle ice cream and ended up ordering appetizers too because everything looked really good. I recommend the Tai wings. They were delicious!! And of course the waffle ice cream was really good!

I have been to here a few times and have gotten bubble tea, bubble waffle, and hot pot here. All the food I had from them were really good. The pot for the hot pot itself is kinda small (around 6 or 7 inches) compared to what I'm used, but I when started eating with my friends, I didn't really notice any difference. We asked for some extra broth and they gave us some for free. Service is fine but mostly because a lot of people go here just for bubble tea or ice cream/bubble waffle.

The drinks here are just as good as the original Joy Yee. I tried the tiger tea and it was Amazing!

Their soap was sooo good ,but I think it’s a little bit expensive. I ordered ice cream, but I think it’s not special.

This place is bubbly, cute, and unique. Their boba and waffles are to die for. And you can reuse the bottles like so.

Got the Smores waffle bowl - was really good, really big, but a bit pricey (and too big to finish, but no to go containers/lids). It's a fast stop - hard to sit or stay, kind of tiny.

We always stop here for drinks and bubble waffle ice cream when we are in town. Always get a different drink and they are always delicious. Only downside is the restaurant can be crowded and the tables are usually for guests that are dining for shabu shabu.

This place was packed to the bring with people and I was able to experience why. The tea is delicious. There are so many choices to pick from! There is something for everyone. This place is pretty small& was packed. The line was literally out the door.

Place has failed me once since I never had anyone approach me and ask for my order, or even bother give me the menu. Am setting this aside, I think it would be best if you go and order drinks that would come in an interesting container.

This place was so delicious. Top quality meat, tasty broth, amazing sides. Feels homestyle, definitely the kind of food that brings people together. As this was my first time in Chinatown, I was very impressed and happy to try this Shabu Shabu plus. I will recommend, and come back if I am in the area.

It was nice but for a 1st time they don't explain anything to u. They should tell you what time to cook certain things and charged me and my guests for dipping sauce they we never got. Teas and ice cream was wonderful

Great selection of bubble milktea and smoothies! Excellent taste as well! Would try other flavors next time. Just didn't like the containers they use; not very much environmental friendly but I guess it's part of the business.

My boyfriend and I stopped here last night for some smoothies. They were delicious.

Good hot pot place! You can get beef or seafood! I'm not a fan of sushi, they are good price but more like grocery store sushi. Yummy noodle! Slow service, really depends on your waitress. Best ice cream place and varieties of milk teas, bubble teas!!!! Great value for hot pot!

Joy Yee Plus - I love this place! I was there only once, but I definitely want to go there again! I cooked my own soup/ramen with veggies and meat. It was so tasty and interesting. Also they have a delicious ice-cream and desserts. You can go there with your gf/bf or with your friends and have fun! Thank you!

Way too crowded. People constantly bumped into my chair. Very eco unfriendly by using plastic bottles to serve drinks.

One of the best bubble tea places in Chi town. They give enough bubble and they give you great portion size and reusable bottles. Compared to other bubble tea places charge a lot of money for small size cup. Flavors are good definitely coming back. ☺️ The negative reviews complain about the smallest things, obviously it is going to be crowded because it is popular bubble tea shop 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

The House Matcha Ice Cream Bubble Waffle with Matcha Soft Serve, hot-out-of-the-maker waffle, white mochi, house-made stewed red bean, and Matcha Pocky. Pretty sweeter than I could afford. They have a to go glass bottle for the bubble tea. The shabu was pretty good. The condiment was $1, though.

Definitely going back again, the only problem I had was with my drink the straw wasn’t long enough to suck the boba up. But the drink was great tasting! Peach strawberry with strawberry bursting boba.

Delicious ice cream, milk tea, and fruits! The staff is friendly and will help with any questions about the menu. It's clean and air conditioned with a very comfortable and casual environment.

I’ve come here time after time hoping my milk tea will come out good.. it never does. The first time I came my drink was made to perfection & even had the ice cream with bubble waffles that are pretty good. The emphasis being on the drinks however leaves me disappointed every time I have come here after. Drinks always taste watery with none of the flavor of your choosing. The drinks are overpriced for a subpar product which is unfortunate. It’s almost like you’re just spending extra money for the reusable bottle. Kung fu tea is a much better option that’s cheaper and full of flavor. Really cannot recommend this place anymore. Very disappointing

Food is great delicious, favorite place to dine with friends and it is really popular! Was a party of 7 and was amazing! Beautiful presentation and restaurant!
